summary

This was our first project at The Game Assembly, a semi-endless runner, where I got to work alongside a small team, creating one of two levels using Unity. I learned so much about creating a fast-paced game that got more difficult as you progressed. After many playtesting I could iterate the level in a way where my level felt progressively harder without it feeling overbearing. Since we also had points that the player could pick up, it gave me the freedom to design more riskier and challenging paths the player could take depending on their playstyle.

Overall, this was such an insightful and entertaining first project I worked on! Developing both my level design skills but also teamwork and communication too.
